As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, I obtained a degree in Human Performance, an area of study that focused on the body and the impact exercise has on it. One of my favorite programs that I got to be a part of at UWEC was the Community Fitness program. When I struggle to motivate myself to exercise, I think of the progress I saw in the participants there and it inspires me to keep moving.  I enjoy running and am finally getting back to the racing I did before I had my kids. I also love spending time at the lake with my family, reading and catching up on the latest movies and pop culture!

My dietary focus is on quick and easy recipes. Trust me, if I’m able to make something, anyone can! I look forward to hearing from our readers!
