Neither you nor anyone else has or gets any right, title or interest in and to the Content by simply visiting or using the site. Use of Content is prohibited without our prior written consent and may violate federal and/or state law.

Accounts and Passwords

Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire (“GHC”) no longer manages online account creation, login credentials, or password functions directly through this website. Members and authorized users access their secure account information exclusively through a third‑party vendor’s member portal, which is linked under the “Members” tab on our website. 

Any account registration, login process, or password management—including the creation, recovery, storage, and security of usernames and passwords—is governed by the third‑party vendor’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies. GHC does not collect, store, maintain, or have access to member login credentials and is not responsible for password administration or account functionality within the vendor’s system. 

Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the vendor’s applicable terms of use and security requirements. If you experience issues accessing your account or need assistance with login credentials, please use the support options provided within the third‑party portal. 

Although GHC does not manage member account data or passwords, we continue to follow appropriate website security practices for our own public‑facing content and ensure that any connection to the third‑party portal is handled in accordance with security requirements and industry standards.

Termination 

Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire may terminate any User's right to use the Site at any time. Your right to use the secure portal portion of the Site will end at the close of your membership with Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire.

Find A Provider

Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire has made reasonable efforts to validate that its lists of providers displayed are up to date and accurate. Please call Member Services at (715) 552-4300 or (888) 203-7770 prior to scheduling an appointment to verify that your provider continues to be part of the network. Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or non-covered charges as a result of misusing or misinterpreting the provider locator tool.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act

Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire (“GHC”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), GHC will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Additional Information

Governing Law and Statute of Limitations

The laws of the State of Wisconsin govern these Terms and any cause of action arising under or relating to your use of the Site, without reference to its choice-of-law principles. You agree that the only proper jurisdiction and venue for any dispute with the Company, or in any way relating to your use of the Site, is in the state and federal courts in the State of Wisconsin, U.S.A. You further agree and consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in these courts in connection with any dispute involving the Company or its employees, officers, directors, agents and providers. If any provisions of these Terms are determined to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, such provision is to that extent to be deemed omitted, and the balance of the Terms shall remain enforceable.

Before seeking legal recourse for any harm you believe you have suffered arising from and/or related to your use of this Site, you agree to inform us in writing and to give us 30 days to cure the harm before initiating any action. You must initiate any cause of action within one year after the claim has arisen, or you will be barred from pursuing any cause of action. This provision does not supersede any legal rights you may have under federal or state law regarding your policy and/or coverage that is unrelated to use of the Site.
