My Sparkling Water Favorites

I fully admit that I am not the best at drinking enough water each day. I set a personal goal of drinking at least 60 ounces of water per day and even that can be a challenge! I don’t mind drinking regular water, but sometimes a little flavor can go a long way when trying to achieve this daily goal.

Something that has helped me “up” my water intake is adding sparkling water to the mix. These drinks have carbonation and a touch of flavor, and can be especially helpful to have on hand when I’m at family events or the upcoming Memorial Day weekend festivities. Coach Melissa talked about sparkling water as a healthy swapportunity in one of her previous blogs as well.

Since trying some different brands and flavors, here are a few of my favorite ones!

Klarbrunn Sparkling Water - Raspberry  This brand is my favorite! It seems to be the most flavorful and bubbliest out of the brands I have tried thus far on my sparkling water journey.

Aquafina Sparking Water – Mango Pineapple This brand is also very flavorful. I am a sucker for anything mango so this cold drink on a warm day hits the spot!

Dasani Sparkling Water – White Peach I am also a fan of anything peach so this drink is tasty when I need just a hint of flavor. This brand doesn’t seem as sweet as the others I listed, but is still a nice change from regular water.
