Food in a Flash

Healthy nutrition is a key component to optimizing health. Food in a Flash is a 5 minute live-virtual educational session on a healthy fruit or vegetable.  Sessions are designed to introduce you to new fruits and vegetables, educate you about the health benefits of different fruits and vegetables and teach you how to easily incorporate them into your diet. The health promotion coach will also share a healthy recipe using that food item.  Food in a Flash sessions are held Wednesday afternoons at 2:00pm and are accessed through the Microsoft Teams app.
