Stretching Through the Day

Regular stretching is important throughout the day to increase flexibility and circulation, improve range of motion, prevent injury and mental clarity. For the month of April, my goal is to include more stretches during the workday.  I recently have been able to start walking more after an injury to my foot, but I need to make sure that I’m taking breaks away from my computer during the day to prevent bad posture.  Check out three stretches below from Lue to help with my goal.


In particular, the neck and overhead tricep stretches will be particularly good for me and my shoulders.  My goal is to perform these movements daily.  This will be a nice compliment to my other tricks for neck/shoulders.   Give them a try!
