Even though we are almost to February, it’s never too late to think about your goals for the year. A fun idea that I have done this year is making my very own 2020 bucket list.
Taking a small notebook, I wrote one item on each page of what I want to achieve, improve on, or keep at the forefront of my brain this year. These goals can be big or small and be wellness related or not!
For example, some of my goals range from folding my laundry the same day that I wash it (yes, we all know this is tough), to trying to go kayaking at least 5 times this year once the weather gets warm.
