New Online Provider Portal

 

The Cooperative is excited to announce that our new Provider Portal is now available! The new portal makes it even easier for you to view authorization status, claims status, claims submission, member eligibility and secure messaging.  

Look below for instructions on how to create your new employer account and log in.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

To enhance your security and experience, you’ll need to complete your MFA as soon as you’re notified. MFA adds an extra layer of protection, helping to keep your personal information safe and secure.

Logging In For the First Time

When signing into our new provider portal for the first time, all providers will be guided through a simple account creation process. To get started, simply have your Tax ID and check number from a recent payment on hand.

  1. Go to the Cooperative's new Provider Portal
  2. Click the "register" button
  3. Complete your user information
  4. Search for your office
  5. Following the remaining steps to complete your registration
  6. Within the next 5 business days, you will receive an email once your registration has been reviewed and approved
  7. Check your email for instructions on setting up MFA
  8. Complete the MFA process to secure your account
