Wellness Library

Wellness is defined as a healthy balance of body and mind that results in an overall better quality of life. Being preventive about your health is a proactive way to prolong your life. Our wellness library offers tools and resources to help you refine your lifestyle and move towards a healthier you.

Health education can help you keep your healthy lifestyle on track, and we want to be a resource in that education. Contact us if you have any requests or recommendations for additional resources for us to include in our ever-expanding wellness library.

Health Promotion Coaching

The Health Promotion team at the Cooperative understands that focusing solely on diet or exercise is not an effective approach to overall health. We offer our members a no-cost, voluntary program that focuses on health and wellness in the holistic sense.

Here’s an outline of how the program works:

  • A Health Promotion Coach will work with each participant during face to face or over the phone sessions to create individual health goals and build a plan to achieve them.

  • Each participant is guaranteed up to eight sessions, each up to 30 minutes in length.

  • Each session is focused on the participants individual situation and the health and wellness concerns most important to them.
