New Online Member Portal

 

The Cooperative is excited to announce that our new Member Portal is now available! The new portal makes it even easier for you to access your plan information.  Look below for instructions on how to create your new account and log in.

New and Returning Users

To enhance your security and experience, you’ll need to complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as soon as you’re notified. Multi-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of protection, helping to keep your personal information safe and secure.

Logging In For the First Time

When signing into our new member portal for the first time, all members will be guided through a simple account creation process. Rest assured, all you need is your Member ID card.

  1. Go to the Cooperative's new Member Portal
  2. Click the "Register" button
  3. Enter your Member ID, Birth Date, and Zip Code
  4. Following the remaining steps to complete your registration
  5. Check your email for instructions on setting up Multi-Factor Authentication
  6. Complete the Multi-Factor Authentication process to secure your account
