I don’t know if it’s my posture lately, the shoes I wear at work, or how I carry my kids but my back has been giving me grief for the past few weeks. I was able to go to a yoga class three weeks ago and I walked out of there feeling wonderful. I’m not able to get to classes as often as I’d like, so I have been rotating between the following videos in the evenings on my own.
Yoga for Lower
Back (Yoga with Adrianne)
Yoga for Neck and Shoulder (Yoga with Adrianne)- Yes, I really enjoy the videos Adrianne puts out.
Back Care Yoga (Rodney Yee)- Rodney Yee is great, but he is usually shirtless so if that bothers you, try one of the others.
Now, I’m not promising instant relief but I can say that the more I do this (at least 3-4 nights/week) the less lower back pain I experience. So for me, that’s enough to continue to this practice. Do you already practice yoga? Do you prefer to go to an actual class or have you tried some online videos?
