Track Your Goals This Way

Is your New Year’s Resolution something that can be tracked using a daily calendar? Tracking on paper or in a planner are typically the ways that can help you stay on track and view your progress.

If you are a visual person like me, marking my progress on something out in the open can help me stay accountable not only to myself but also with others. Check out this fun idea for tracking a goal for the entire year!

Just fill in days that you achieved your goal whether it’s a daily activity goal, getting 7-8 hours of sleep, or something as simple as making your bed each day!

By the end of the year the sheet will hopefully be a colorful picture showing all your goal success!
