The Eau Claire YMCA is hosting Family Fest on Saturday, January 19th! If you have kinds in your family, you should seriously consider attending this event (with the kids!)
Below are 5 reasons why you would only see benefit from going to check it out.
1. It's at the Indoor Sports Center
If you haven't been there, you really need to check it out. They have a whole host of programs and activities for all ages to stay active. And yes, even during our frigid winters!
I personally love their Friday Family Nights. Every Friday night they open up the facility with fun games, inflatables, movies and activities for the whole family to enjoy.
2. There will be family interactive games and DJ entertainment
Are your kids going a little stir crazy during these colder months? Get them over to this event and let them get their wiggles out!
3. The Petting Zoo
This is a great way to expose children to different animals and help them get a real picture in their heads of the animals they sing about on Old McDonald's farm.
4. Doggy Demo
This won't be your average dog show.
Representatives from emBark will be at the event to show you some benefits of having a furry friend be part of your family.
They will provide demonstrations with therapy dogs and show you all they have to offer.
5. The Vendor Area
There will be an area designated to showing you a whole host of options we have in our area to keep our families happy and healthy. Make sure you stop by and see your good friends from GHC!
