Adding muscle-building exercise into your everyday life does not need to be stressful, and it does not require you to dedicate hours of your time in a gym lifting weights daily or weekly. If you have a busy lifestyle, there are simple ways you can incorporate muscle-building exercises into your daily routine. Here are practical tips to help you sneak muscle-building activities into your daily routine:
  1. Deskercise- Office Friendly Moves:
    • Chair squats.
    • Seated leg raises.
    • Arm curls.
    • Desk push-ups or planks.
  2. Bathroom Break Exercises:
    • Calf raises seated or standing.
    • Wall sits.
    • Arm raises or curls to and from the bathroom.
    • If in the office, go to the furthest bathroom on another floor and use the stairs.
  3. Kitchen Workouts:
    • Countertop push-ups.
    • Countertop planks or planks while doing dishes.
    • Squats while doing dishes.
    • Lunges while mopping or sweeping the floor.
