I love how simple and quick crock pot dinners are. With busy schedules and not a lot of time to focus on healthy eating these days, crock pot meals make eating healthy in a time crunch simple. I like to prep crock pot meals on the weekends, and freeze them in gallon size bags for the weekdays! Here are some of my favorite recipes:
