Move of the Month: Back Extension with Stability Ball

Give the June Move of the Month a try!
 
Lie face down on a stability ball with the ball in contact with your midsection. Place your fingertips on either side of your head with your elbows pointing out, and your feet against a wall or sturdy object. Keeping your legs straight, squeeze your glutes and slowly lift your chest away from the ball until your torso is almost upright. Hold for one or two seconds, then slowly return to the starting position.
