Anyone else feeling winter’s chill? No worries, I have you covered. I also realize that many people are a bit overscheduled this time of year so you may not have a lot of time on your hands. Again, I have you covered. As long as you can give fifteen minutes of your time for a quick but challenging home workout here it is:
Frigid 15 Workout
Begin warm up by jogging in place or doing jumping jacks for 90 seconds
Circuit 1- perform each exercise for 30 seconds, one right after the other then repeat.
- Squat (or wall sit for 30 seconds)
- Pushup
- Crunch
- Rest 30 seconds
Circuit 2- perform each exercise for 30 seconds, one right after the other then repeat.
Circuit 3- perform each exercise for 30 seconds, one right after the other then repeat.
Cool down for 90 seconds by slowly walking in place
That’s it! You’re done, hopefully warmer than when you began and ready to take on the rest of your to-do list.
