Plank with Rotation
Are you getting bored with your usual plank exercise, or looking for a new exercise to add to your routine? Try this Move of the Month! This movement can be done on the floor, or holding onto a kitchen countertop or wall as a modification.
Begin in a push-up position with your hands and toes touching the ground. Slowly rotate one side of your upper body into the air, rotating your arm, shoulder, core, and toes with the movement. Begin with 5 to 10 repetitions alternating each way, and work your way up to completing 2-3 sets.
