Easy Homemade Granola

Summertime calls for delicious fruit and fun desserts! I love to combine my fruit and dessert into one! Usually I make a parfait with strawberries, blueberries and lite Cool Whip!  Recently I have found myself craving an extra crunch to go with this summertime treat! That’s why I came up with super simple and easy to make granola topping!

It only requires 3 ingredients and 1 minute in a microwave! How easy is that! Give it a try and let me know what you think!


  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 Tsp Maple Syrup

Add all ingredients to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and return to microwave for another 30 s to 1 minute.  Granola should be a tad crunchy and sweet! Add as a topping to yogurt, fruit or anything you see fit!
