Cool as Key Lime Pie!

by Joanna

If April showers bring May flowers, and May flowers bring pilgrims, what do pilgrims bring? Pie! As the weather gets warmer, picnics and family gatherings become more and more frequent. Which means one thing, usually: FOOD.

At your next family gathering try this super easy and delicious 5 Minute Key Lime Pie recipe from Keebler. The last time I made it, I plugged in the ingredients into the recipe building on MyFitnessPal.com and came up with 193 calories, 29 grams of carbs and 7 grams of fat per serving (1/8th of the whole pie). That’s amazing when you consider that a slice (1/10th) of key lime pie from Marie Callendar’s is 340 calories, 45 grams of carbs and 16 grams of fat! What a great alternative!
