Is it running? Walking? Crossfit? What are your guesses?
I saw an article online recently that discussed this topic. I was making my guesses, too. I thought it might be running because running is one of the most efficient ways to burn calories in a short amount of time. However, I know it’s hard on the joints for some people. But the answer is: whatever you will stick with! If you tell me that you want to lose weight and as a health coach I tell you to go running, are you going to stick with it if you absolutely hate running? Maybe. But probably not. If you love to bike instead, then you should go biking!
Yes, some exercises burn more calories than others, but being active while doing something you enjoy versus being sedentary because you hate it will burn more calories no matter what the activity!
So get out there and do your thing! You do you.
