Hello! I’m Coach Sarah! I am a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a Bachelors Degree in Health Promotion and Wellness with a minor in Strength and Conditioning. I am also a Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) through the National Wellness Institute, Inc. I have studied the many layers that contribute to one’s overall health and wellbeing. I am passionate about helping others to overcome any obstacles standing in their way and helping them realize their full potential. I believe that making small, beneficial steps toward wellness will create lasting results and a greater quality of life. In my free time, I enjoy being active both indoors and outdoors, playing a variety of sports, and trying out new exercises and recipes. Also, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and finding new places to explore throughout the Chippewa Valley.
