As a member of Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire, you have the right to elect the Cooperative’s Board of Directors. To be eligible to vote, you must be 18 years of age or older and be a prepaid member of the Cooperative.

The Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors has presented the following candidates to be elected to the Board. To learn more about each of these candidates, please visit group-health.com.

To vote, please complete the attached ballot and return it via the United States Postal Service. This postcard does not require a stamp. All ballots must be postmarked by April 6th, 2020.

“I’ve worked with the Village of Weston for 26 years, overseeing the administration of elections and licensing, preparing committee agendas, packets and minutes for the Board of Trustees, and managing the employee payroll system in benefits. I work directly with the Cooperative in my day-to-day, and I’m interested in getting more involved in their processes.”
